Bengali Cousin Duo Rescues Bihari Teen Amid Communal Violence in Murshidabad, Reunites Her with Family in Bihar

Amid ongoing communal tensions in parts of West Bengal, a heartwarming act of courage and humanity emerged from Murshidabad, where a Bengali cousin duo—a brother and sister—rescued a teenage girl from Bihar who was stranded and frightened during the unrest.
The siblings, identified as local residents of Murshidabad, discovered the 13 year-old Bihari girl caught alone in the chaos after she had been separated from her family. Risking their own safety, the duo provided her immediate shelter and comfort, shielding her from the escalating violence in the area.
Determined to reunite the girl with her family, the brother and sister coordinated closely with local authorities, including police and district officials. Thanks to their quick action and the supportive response from the administration, safe passage was arranged for the teen. She was successfully transported back to her native village near Begusarai, Bihar, where she has since been joyfully reunited with her family.
