St. Xavier’s Kolkata and Myntra Host the First Edition of Myntra Glamfest Tour on 16th January with Asees Kaur as the Headliner

Kolkata is set to witness a vibrant celebration of fashion, music, and campus culture as St. Xavier’s University’s XAVRANG and Myntra come together to host the first edition of the Myntra Glamfest Tour on January 16, 2026. The inaugural Kolkata edition will be headlined by acclaimed singer Asees Kaur, making it one of the most anticipated campus events of the season. The tour is expected to witness many students from various Universities of the city.

Designed as Myntra’s campus-led youth movement, the Myntra Glamfest Tour brings together fashion, music, creators, and student culture in an immersive, high-energy format. The event is set to transform the campuses into a dynamic hub of trend discovery, creative expression, and live entertainment.

At the core of the experience at St. Xavier’s University is the Myntra Experience Zone, an immersive fashion and discovery space that will be live across January 16 and 17. The zone features three distinct sections, each offering a unique vibe and interaction format. Party Pit delivers a high-energy, party-inspired environment with vibrant photo opportunities, engagement-led games, and curated merchandise displays. Filmy Fever celebrates Bollywood and pop culture through thematic photo moments, interactive games, and filmy-inspired fashion showcases. Underground Alley offers a trend-forward, street-style setting with edgy visuals, contemporary engagement formats, and underground fashion-inspired merchandise.

All activities within the Experience Zone are reward-linked, encouraging students to actively engage, discover trends, experiment with styling, and interact with Myntra’s fashion ecosystem on-ground. Close to 2 lakh students across the city will be incentivized to shop via rewards, a move set to naturally drive app engagement and fashion discovery.

There will be a curated line-up of fashion and talent-led programming including, an inter-University Talent Hunt, a Fashion Competition featuring five shortlisted teams competing for the Myntra Fashion Title, and a 30-minute fashion showcase performed by students from St. Xavier’s University, styled using fashion and accessories from Myntra.

The evening will conclude with an exclusive live performance by Asees Kaur. The event will also see the presence of hundreds of creators and influencers from across the city, driving strong on-ground excitement and social media buzz around the Myntra Glamfest Tour in Kolkata.
